Have you changed address or your telephone number or email
address?
Please be aware it is your responsibility to pay the
maintenance for the year and not for the club to invoice
you. We have had several problems this year with collections
due to owners not notifying the management company with change
of address and telephone details.
Paying
by cheque? We
have had several owners pay by cheque from their bank accounts
and subsequently receive a final demand as the cheque was
never cashed. Banks do make mistakes, so it is very important
you check your monthly statements. If you are paying by a
building society cheque, please make sure you write your name
and contract details on the back. The building society do
not put your name on the front so the money cannot be credited
to your Sunset Harbour account.
