The Committee and Management of the Sunset Harbour Club, or other clubs within the group known as the Sunset Clubs, take no responsibility for the posting or removal of notices from the web-site provided.

The club rules of occupation should also be adhered to. Any guests or members not obeying the general rules of the club may be asked to leave.

It is the duty of the member posting notices on the bulletin board to inform the Management Company, Sunterra, of the exchange that has been undertaken and also to provide the purchaser with written confirmation of the agreement.

When notifying Sunterra the following details should be provided:

• full details of owner whose week is being rented, exchanged etc
• contract number
• agreed weeks
• names of all people due to occupy the accommodation
• the person accepting week being offered for rent, exchange or sale shall not be under the age of 21

Please note that the management reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons not having a booking confirmed in writing with the resort and written verification from the owner of the week.

If you are buying a week then we would advise that you confirm with the seller the procedure for registering the sale with the Management Company and Trustee and ensure that no outstanding debts exist on the weeks being purchased by contacting the Management Company, Sunterra at the address shown above.

Persons purchasing a week for rent, exchange or ownership shall not be under the age of 21. Lead occupant on the resort shall only be provided a key to the apartment if over the age of 21.
