It
is the duty of the member posting notices on the bulletin board
to inform the Management Company, Sunterra, of the exchange that
has been undertaken and also to provide the purchaser with written
confirmation of the agreement.
When
notifying Sunterra the following details should be provided:
- full
details of owner whose week is being rented, exchanged etc
- contract
number
- agreed
weeks
- names
of all people due to occupy the accommodation
- the
person accepting week being offered for rent, exchange or sale
shall not be under the age of 21

note that the management reserves the right to refuse entry to any
persons not having a booking confirmed in writing with the resort
